This project hosted by Rotary Club of Hong Kong North Point X D3450 X 8 Co-organizing Clubs starts from Sept 1 to Nov 18, 2023. It covered two parts: Street Dance Education and Street Dance Contest.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Street Dance Education<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Supported by District Grant and echo with Rotary\u2019s 2023-24 theme, \u201cCreate Hope in the World\u201d, this project aims to create hope for youth, equipping them with essential qualities and enhancing their overall wellness.<\/p>

Between September to November 2023, a comprehensive street dance training program was organized with a total of 60 hours of training to students from 5 schools :<\/p>

The 11th<\/sup> Rookie Stars Street Dance Contest<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Rookie Stars Street Dance Contest successfully took place on 18 November 2023 at CCC Kwei Wah Shan College with over 400 dance contests and 1000 guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contest featured 32 team contestants and special education street dance performing teams. DG Andy Li<\/strong>, Presidents, and Rotarians demonstrated their support and engagement by visiting the students’ training sessions and attending the contest. RI President R. Gordon R. McInally\u2019s<\/strong> attendance at contest VIP served as a strong endorsement and showcased Rotary’s unwavering support for the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
