This year we continue to build on the momentum to focus to be a platform to educate, empower and engage for positive peace*.
We will strengthen the leadership team with the appointment of PP Elizabete Fong as Peacebuilder Club Committee Chair and PP Derick Wong as Program Committee Chair.
To promote the Chapter and the Peacebuilder Clubs (PBCs) actively, we will activate the speaker pool to talk about the Chapter and PBCs at Club and District meetings, have a PeaceBuilder Club banner and T-shirt to strengthen our identity with RAGFP and Chapter, and provide active engagement with RAGFP (inti) on global Peacebuilder Clubs, and international outreach.
We will focus on programs to bring about positive peace. This includes the promotion of the Peace Schools 2023-24 Program to all Clubs, targeting to have Clubs adopt Peace Schools. Will work with schools and SDGs Program Partners on Peace Schools events and activities.
On events and activities, will explore hosting a Rotary & Peace Exhibition in Macau. We will co-host peace seminars on various topics such as refugees with District and Clubs partnership and work on the Peace study tour to Bangkok (Rotary Peace Fellows, Refugees, UN Agencies}, and support the Virtual Cultural Exchange program.
We look forward to many more Rotarians, Rotaractors, and lnteractors joining in our peace journey, please enroll or renew as our RY2023- 24 member by scanning the QR Code.
