District Governor Message
DG Mongolia Visit
Greetings to all my fellows of District 3450! Two months passed and I hope every plan goes well. Together with 53 District officers, Presidents, Rotarians and partners, we finished visiting Mongolia. During our 6-day visit, we visited 17 Rotary Clubs and 3 potential Clubs of Area 9 & 10. It is our pleasure to have a meeting with Mongolian officers, as well as DRR Suvvda, 14 Rotaract Presidents and Rotaractors.

Rotary Club of Kowloon East
- Founded in 1969
- The First 100% Paul Harris Society Club worldwide (1977)
- The First Major Donor Club worldwide (2007)
- Long and strong overseas interaction maintaining 5 sister or friendship clubs
- Assisted in the establishment of 5 other Rotary clubs
- Abundant various public services for Mainland China, overseas and local communities.
- Ongoing interest in community and youth service projects locally or beyond the territory.
- Active fellowship promotion through monthly social lunches, seasonal dinners, golf, mahjong, and group social visits.
- Keen to learn new technology to raise our task efficiency and effectiveness
- Welcome all male talents to join Kowloon East

- Special education needs and youth life education support.
- Members from various industries build relationships with those in need.

- Full of professional members and key contributors to society.

- Mixed-gender club.

- Flexi meeting schedule – twice a month, lunch and dinner.

Rotary Club of Happy Valley
- Happiness: Laughter and happiness radiate throughout the club, creating an enjoyable and uplifting experience.
- Youth: We have the full range of youth services Rotary can offer, from Junioract, Interact, Rotaract and Adopt-A-School.
- Both our club and our Rotaract club were formed in the years when the respective RI Presidents visited Hong Kong and certified our clubs by hands.
- Commitment: We organise continuous programs of volunteering services dedicated to make a difference in the community.
- Professionalism: Members are professionals and the majority from legal, medical and education sectors.
- Teamwork: Members work together seamlessly, leveraging each other’s strengths and talent.
